These terms govern your use of KeepsakeVision. By creating an account or uploading photos, you agree to these terms.
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of the reference photos you upload and the portraits generated for you. You must only upload photos of yourself or people who have given you permission to use their likeness. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to generate the portraits you request.
Do not upload photos of people without their consent, upload illegal or infringing content, or use the service to create content that impersonates or harasses others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid credits are processed through our payment provider, Creem. Purchases are for digital credits used within the product; refund requests are handled case by case by emailing feedback@keepsakevision.com.
Portraits are generated by AI models and may not perfectly preserve likeness, may contain artifacts, and are not a substitute for professional photography. We make no guarantee about the accuracy or quality of any specific generation.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your photos and account data as described in our privacy policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
