What the product stores

Account information, reference photos, generated portraits, generation history, credits, and payment records may be stored to operate your projects. Reference photos and generated portraits are linked to your account.

How photos are used

Photos are used to generate the portrait you request. They are sent to the configured image-generation providers for that purpose, and are not used by KeepsakeVision to train AI models.

How to delete your data

Delete your account from Settings to remove stored reference photos, generated portraits, and account records within a reasonable time. You can also email feedback@keepsakevision.com for an access, export, or deletion request.
